Maintenance 08/06/2017[Updated]

Have been updated with this maintenance:

- Kafra Operations
- Switched the War of Emperium 2 Town
- The event رمضان مبارك (Ramadan Moubarak!) continues
- End of the event: Protovich's Spirit Extractor
- Fix an issue in Lighthalzen quest for ITA/SP players
- Fix an issue with Veins Camel Quest (quest was not deleted properly)
- The server application has been updated by the korean team to improve stability
